Complimentary Spa Facilities
Rejuvenate & detox in our steam rooms, jacuzzis, experience showers, sun deck & outdoor swimming pool to cater to your specific needs. Complimentary duration depends on the package or treatment selected. Most packages include up to 30min complimentary usage of spa facilities. Bathing clothes are required in all our hydro court and pool areas.
Complimentary facility usage is not included for manicures, pedicures, grooming, aesthetic and 30min treatments.
Spa Etiquette
- Remember to bring along your bathing suit, to make use of the spa facilities.
- Our spa is not responsible for any theft, damage, loss, or misfortune that may occur.
- Guests must be sixteen years +. Prior approval by management for younger guests accompanied by a parent.
- Cell phones must be switched to silent.
- Due to loadshedding, some facilities may not be available.
- To ensure adequate time for completing a consultation card, guests are kindly requested to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled treatment.
- Late arrival will simply limit your experience & treatment time as to not delay our next guest. We will make every attempt to accommodate your full service, however the full value of the original treatment will be charged.
No Alcohol Policy
For the comfort, safety, and well-being of all our guests, Aronia Day Spa maintains a strict no-alcohol policy. Alcohol will not be served on our premises, and guests are not permitted to bring or consume their own alcohol during their visit.
We encourage all clients to enjoy their treatments in a relaxed and clear state of mind, ensuring the best possible spa experience.
Payment
- A 50% non-refundable pre-payment is required to secure your booking.
- Group bookings +3 require full pre-payment to secure your booking.
- No refunds.

Gift Certificates
Indulge your friends & loved ones with a gift certificate to Aronia Day Spa or Sheer Touch Aesthetics. Gift certificates may not be redeemed with any other offer. Gift certificates valid at Aronia Day Spa & Sheer Touch only.
Cancellation Policy
- 24 hours or more, cancellation will be made at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours 100% of services will be charged.
- No show 100% of services will be charged.
- Late arrival will result in a reduction in treatment time while the full treatment price will apply.
- Group bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance or a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
