Spa Etiquette
- Remember to bring along your bathing suit, to make use of the spa facilities.
- Our spa is not responsible for any theft, damage, loss, or misfortune that may occur.
- Guests must be sixteen years +. Prior approval by management for younger guests accompanied by a parent.
- Cell phones must be switched to silent.
- Due to loadshedding, some facilities may not be available.
- To ensure adequate time for completing a consultation card, guests are kindly requested to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled treatment.
- Late arrival will simply limit your experience & treatment time as to not delay our next guest. We will make every attempt to accommodate your full service, however the full value of the original treatment will be charged.
No Alcohol Policy

SPA PACKAGES POLICY

Spa packages do not follow a specific treatment order unless a requested sequence is stipulated in writing prior to booking confirmation.

Requests for a specific treatment order are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the spa.
Spa packages do not make allowances for gaps and usually follow treatment to treatment, should you require gaps in between, the request must be in writing, which is subject to availability

Hydrotherapy facilities included in spa packages are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The spa reserves the right to substitute any hydrotherapy facility included in a package with an alternative facility of equal value if required operationally.

Should you require access to a specific hydrotherapy facility, this must be stipulated in writing prior to booking confirmation.

Failure to request a specific hydrotherapy facility in writing prior to confirmation may result in allocation of an alternative facility without prior notice.
Swopping out of specific treatments in spa packages is quoted per individual basis and will result in a swop out fee as well as additional charges depending on the alternative treatment selected. The duration of the package is altered depending on the swopped treatment time and value.
OUR QUALITY PROMISE
If at any time within the first 10 minutes of your treatment you feel it does not meet your expectations, kindly inform our team so we may arrange an alternative therapist to continue your massage.
After this period, the treatment will be deemed accepted and full payment will apply.
Payment
- A 50% non-refundable pre-payment is required to secure your booking.
- Group bookings +3 require full pre-payment to secure your booking.
- No refunds.

Cancellation Policy
- 24 hours or more, cancellation will be made at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours 100% of services will be charged.
- No show 100% of services will be charged.
- Late arrival will result in a reduction in treatment time while the full treatment price will apply.
- Group bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance or a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
